The hotel is situated in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains and pleasant gardens. Spending time in the gardens is a must. the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with modern facilities. the service is prompt and efficient, and the staff is very courteous, polite, and always willing to help. Breakfast at the hotel is sumptuous and the gym is well-equipped.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The beautiful gardens and grand design made my stay very pleasant. The location in the valley made it easy to use transportation to get around and visit nearby attractions. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices and there were nearby restaurants to choose from.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the exclusive amenities, including the indoor swimming pool and spa centre, fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the garden area was beautiful and the restaurant served delicious food. We also enjoyed the in, room breakfast and poolside snack bar. the private facilities were exceptional and we couldn't ask for a better location.
The service in the restaurant was a bit slow, but the staff was very helpful and polite. this hotel provided us with a truly luxurious experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high, end stay with top, notch amenities.

Celebrated Christmas at this hotel. The staff was friendly and handled our requests with a smile. Location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of dishes.
The rooms were not as clean as expected. The bathroom was dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them. The Christmas dinner was a huge disappointment as the food was cold and undercooked. This ruined the holiday spirit and made our stay less enjoyable.

the location of the property was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Dal Lake and surrounded by stunning scenery. the food was simply fantastic! Every meal I had was full of flavor, and the staff was always ready to provide great recommendations.
Although some of the staff were very welcoming and friendly, others seemed bored and uninterested in helping guests.
